Delivery times

When the order and payment are completed, we strive to post the order within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times differ if this is indicated with a product, if it concerns orders outside the Netherlands, or during busy periods at the post.

Returns or exchanges

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the webshop with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via hello@unknown-stories.com . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Make sure you keep the track & trace until we have reimbursed the items.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
